Here’s an inventory of things that happened recently, say in the last month or so:

  • Dryer dead
  • Guest’s phone charger fried
  • Microwave falls apart
  • Thermostat loses power
  • Guests go nuclear for no special reason
  • Another dryer dead (why?!)
  • Broken toilet seat
  • Vomit cleanup
  • Pet feces cleanup, interior and exterior
  • Root intrusion into sewage pipes
  • Roof leak
  • Flooded unit
  • WiFi unresponsive
  • Smart lock just goes dead
  • No water in unit
  • No trash pickup; why?!
  • A/C fizzled out.
  • Bathtub leak.
